ESEKids.org (ESE Parents and Advocates) was founded to represent the educational needs of children belonging to the numerous special needs groups. Each of those groups provides vital information and advocacy for their individual need. Our group funnels the educational needs of our children, which is a common bond, into one united voice. We feel we can better partner with the Pinellas County School Board and its ESE Advisory Committee as a unified group to assist in decision making in regards to the programs and services offered by the school district.
We are also going to serve as a clearing house for various events, groups and other informational items that would be of interest to families dealing with Special Needs.
June 27, 2010. I am sorry, but family and work obligations are making it difficult to keep up with email and site updates. If anyone would like to try and keep the site current, please let me know and I will grant you aadministrator rights. Thanks for your support and understanding. -John.

The plans for SPARC 2010 are well underway. We have had over 25 submissions for presenters and about the same amount for exhibitors all in three weeks! May 1st we will post the list of presenters attending SPARC 2010.
If you know of anyone you feel would be an asset to SPARC 2010, either as an Presenter or Exhibitor, please have them log onto www.standadvocates.org... And follow the information for SPARC 2010. Registration forms for both Presenters and Exhibitors are on the website now.
Attendee registration is scheduled to open on Monday, May 10, 2010. Save September 11, 2010 on your calendar to attend the best conference in the area!
